The program was founded by a Martial artist who found many folks needed either a basic self-serve stand alone program to keep them active accountable on task or in conjunction with a live training program as a step-up. Once one has started to strengthen the body for atleast 6 months using our online systems one can then add-on a "step-up" Program.
The Traditional Martial Arts Crossfit program has a great "step-up" program with its own style of fitness using martial arts in the Phoenix AZ area.
